After your order has been shipped you will receive an email which contains the link to the online tracking of the chosen delivery service.
Please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email before the online tracking is visible.
If you are a registered customer you can also see the shipping information in your account.

We can file a claim for “lost” shipments any time after the tracking shows as delivered and it hasn’t been received. If the item isn’t showing as delivered but tracking hasn’t moved, we can file a claim after 20 days. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered an item that may not fit in your post box please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.
Return to Sender
Please ensure you provide accurate address details and, if necessary, make sure someone will either be available to sign for the delivery or able to collect the parcel from the delivery company within a good time so that your delivery is not returned to us. If it is returned to us because you have provided the incorrect address or are unable to accept delivery we will charge for redelivery.
