For goods purchased in November and December, the returns period closed on the 17th January. We can no longer accept Christmas returns/exchanges.

FREE UK RETURNS
We're happy to offer a free exchange or refund on undamaged items. If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange please go to our Fast Returns Portal where we have made returning or exchanging your items fast and easy.
When returning an item please ensure all packaging, labelling or hangtags are fully attached and the items are in a perfect unsoiled condition (as new) then send them to:
Please ensure you include in your package your order number and, if you wish to exchange your item for a different size, the new size that you would like to change to.
If you would like an exchange to be sent to a different address please email the new address to [email protected] in good time and we will do our best to change this. We cannot accept a new address by note received with your returned goods.
You are entitled to return your product for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
If you have received a free promotional product with your order, it is important to note you must return it if you are sending your product back for a refund. If we do not receive it we will assume you wish to keep it and the amount (price on our website) deducted from your refund. Please do not return it if you are exchanging your product.

FREE INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE UK)
Good News, if you have ordered from one of these countries we can offer FREE RETURNS:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungry, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, USA.
We've made returning your items even easier through our partner, ReBOUND who have revolutionised International returns and a service used by some of the largest global brands. If you return with ReBOUND, you will be able to print out your local return label and ReBOUND will keep you informed on your parcels return journey. We recommend using the ReBOUND return service for your returns by visiting the Proviz REBOUND Returns Portal.
To return a product, you do not need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps:
-Go to ReBOUND returns and click "Get Started".
-Enter your order number and choice of postcode, email address or phone number. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or the invoice included in your parcel.
-Select a return method that suits your needs. We recommend that you select one of the tracked options to enable you to check the progress of your return.
-Confirm your sender address, phone number and email address. ReBOUND will send your return confirmation to the email address provided. The email will contain links to track your return shipment and a copy of your unique return label (so that you can print out your label at a later date if you do not currently have access to a printer).
-Print your label and attach it on the parcel.
If you have received a free promotional product with your order, it is important to note you must return it if you are sending your product back for a refund. Please do not return it if you are exchanging your product.
If your country is not listed above or you would like to return your product another way, you will have to pay for shipping back your returns, please email [email protected] quoting your order number, state the reason for your return and then send direct to:
Please note Rebound Returns is an International Returns Portal for customers with addresses outside of the UK, customers with UK addresses can't be processed using Rebound Returns and need to to return their goods as detailed in the UK returns section above.
We can only give refunds for goods that are returned in a perfect unsoiled condition and with all packaging, labelling and hangtags fully attached.
We aim to process any refund due to you within 14 days of the day we received your returned goods. In most cases, we should be able to do this sooner, however, please do bear with us during peak sales periods. We aim to make refunds using the same method you used to pay for your purchase.
