FAQ's around the Black Friday Event:

I have a promo code from another promotion, can I use this?

No, the prices for Black Friday are automatically heavily discounted so no other promo code is permitted during the event so other codes will say 'not in use'. Promo codes will be turned back on after the event.

What is the 25% Discount Rule?

There is a limited amount of stock designated for a 25% discount. Once the discount has expired, the product can only be purchased at the 'live' price you see on our website. 

If the product I have purchased is further discounted, can I get a refund for the difference?

Our offers will be changing throughout the Black Friday event. Unfortunately we are unable to refund you the difference in price if a product is discounted further after you have made your purchase earlier in the event.

Will delivery and returns be delayed?

At this time of year we significantly increase the size of our workforce to cope with the much increased demand. We therefore hope that there won't be any delays dispatching your orders but in the event of a delay, please bear with us, our teams are working 7 days a week to dispatch orders.

We do our best to dispatch orders the same day (if ordered before midday) or the day after. However, it is not uncommon at this time of year for the delivery companies to encounter delays. It is important to note that during the Global pandemic, delivery companies have also struggled to deliver on schedule. If this happens to your order, we can only apologise and we urge you to build an extra day or two into the delivery schedule.

Next day deliveries must be placed before midday on the day you place your order.

There may be a slight delay in processing returns, but we will do our utmost to turn them around as quickly as possible.

Will you run out of stock?

Stock will be despatched on a first-come, first-served basis - so we recommend you order as soon as possible.

Do your existing returns and exchange policies apply?

Yes it does.

Does the normal warranty period apply?
