After your order has been shipped you will receive an email which contains the link to the online tracking of the chosen delivery service.

Please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email before the online tracking is visible.

If you are a registered customer you can also see the shipping information in your account.

Shipping Policy

We can file a claim for “lost” shipments any time after the tracking shows as delivered and it hasn’t been received. If the item isn’t showing as delivered but tracking hasn’t moved, we can file a claim after 10 days. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.

The prices payable for goods which are the subject of your order are as set out on the Website.

You may be required to pay extra for shipping depending on the total value of your order and where you live and it might not be possible for us to ship to some locations. Our shipping charges are set out on the website.

We will ship the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for shipping at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you give us is correct and accurate; if a parcel is returned to us because you did not give us the correct address, we will charge for the parcel to be sent out to you again.

If you choose to use an expedited service or courier service it is your responsibility to ensure that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the shipping service used. If a parcel is returned to us because you are not in and you do not arrange with the shipping company for a repeat delivery or you do not pick up the goods from the shipping company in good time (shipping company will leave details), we will charge for a repeat shipment.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been fully paid for by you and they have been dispatched to you. Once the goods are shipped to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Your Order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the order confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days of the date of your Order, unless there are exceptional circumstances. If the goods (or substitute goods) are unavailable so that we cannot deliver it to you within 30 days of your Order, we will contact you and either agree a later shipping date or permit you to cancel your order, in which case we will refund all monies paid in accordance with our refunds policy.
