Can I buy Proviz products in all countries?
Yes we send to almost all countries across the world.
Which currencies can I buy in?
You can buy in two different currencies, GBP and USD which are indicated at the top of the website
What payment methods can I use?
You can use all major debit and credit cards and Paypal.
Is it safe to shop online?
Yes we use an independent secure payment system.
Are your products in shops?
Yes, we are in stores around the world in over 35 countries. For information on which stores sell Proviz in your country, you can contact the distributor for Proviz in your country from the list here.
What Size shall I buy?
On all product pages on the wesbite there is a sizing tab which will have details on size guides.
Do Proviz products come with a guarantee/warranty?
Yes there is a 12 month warranty on all products.
How do I deal with a Warranty issue?

How do I wash my Proviz Clothing?
Please look at the washing label on the product and follow these carefully.
Can I return my goods?
Yes. PROVIZ will accept returned goods if you notify us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 working days of receipt of your goods. Please see more info on the returns and refunds policy here.
How will my products be sent?
How much does postage cost?
It varies depending on which postage options you choose and which country they are being sent to.
Do you accept cheques?
No. All orders need to be processed through the website or the sales hotline +44 (0) 1425 204 445.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes our experienced team can process orders on +44 (0) 1425 204 445 as well as answer any questions.
What are your terms and conditions?
The prices shown for all items are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%, where applicable. All VAT due is paid by PROVIZ direct to UK customs. For deliveries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay any applicable sales tax or customs duty charges in your own country.
How do I use a promotional code?
All valid promotional codes have a direct link with an embedded discount code. The discount will appear on checkout.
Can I use more than one promotional code?
No, you can just use one at a time.
Do I have to create an account to shop on Proviz Sports?
No you don’t, but if you do, you don’t have to re-enter your details next time you shop.
If a product says out of stock will it be coming in soon?
If there is a product you like and it is out of stock, email email@example.com and we can let you know when they will be due in.
When will my product arrive?
